Carla and Dan we so awesome! We had such a great time. The drop off was seamless and the RV was fully kitted out. The absolute best add on was the great quality fire wood which was so so so much better than the stuff at the provincial park!

We rented the trailer for 5 nights vacation in July 2021. Family of 3 Pros: -Easy booking with Carla -She takes time to answered all our questions -We got a water problem and they came back the day after to fix the problem -the outdoor kitchenette was really appreciated (mini fridge and sink) -4 camping chairs and outdoor canopy, outdoor carpet, bbq, games. (Not needed but good for people who need it) -trailer configuration (closed master bedroom) -they accept that our friend tow the trailer to change the camp site between our vacation ++ Cons: -delivery 2 hours later than expected -cleaning was not properly done:(shower, toilet was dirty. Floor to sweep. At the end of our vacation, we found unknown person’s underwear and clothes beside our bed) -The dishes was very damaged and old. (Dollorama’s dishes could be a very easy and inexpensive way to make campers enjoyed their trip). -We were unable to plugged the sewer pipe (too short). At least we had a friend with a spare pipe -in the first day we got problem with water ( received a « little » refund amount for the inconvenience)
