Andrii was a great host and even delivered the trailer when I was supposed to pick it up. Trailer was as advertised and very clean.

Android was pleasant to deal with however the camper was not as it was shown in the pictures. The pictures show a camper in new condition. This one was not. Pictures also showed an oven and stove inside. There was not one. The only cooking device was an plug in cook top. We were told the battery was okay. It didn’t last more than 30 minutes. We we’re staying at a site with no power which meant we had no cook top. The fridge, water heater and furnace all require battery power to ignite and in the instance of the furnace run. The one evening got down to 4 degrees C. The vehicle had to stay plugged in and running for the furnace to operate. Camper was worn and not as clean as expected. The manual slide was damaged and had to be patched before we took it. We expected a little more for the cost of the rental.

Nice basic camper. The owner did an amazing job delivering and setting up, as well as picking it up and taking it down. He didn't need my help at all with any of it and I was able to finish packing up our vehicle while he did that.

If we could give zero stars, we would. We had a very disappointing experience with Andriy due to misinformation about the trailer's weight. The listing stated the trailer weighed 4,700 lbs, and since our truck can tow up to 5,500 lbs, we expected no issues. However, not far into our trip, our truck began to overheat under the strain. After stopping and investigating, we discovered the actual trailer weight was closer to 5,200 lbs, which pushed our truck to its absolute limit. As a result, we were stranded on the highway and had to abandon our trip entirely. Roadside assistance ended up towing the trailer back to Andriy’s residence. When we informed him of the situation, instead of showing concern or taking any responsibility, he became defensive when we questioned the inaccurate trailer weight. To make matters worse, when we looked into towing the trailer to our reserved campsite and having Andriy pick it up after, he wanted to charge $3.00 per km both ways—over $600 just for pickup, on top of the rental cost. The trailer was already extremely overpriced at $380.00 per night, and this added cost, combined with the fact that we couldn’t even use the camper, made the entire situation incredibly frustrating. We also had to pay for a hotel, resulting in over $600 in additional expenses. To top it all off, we now have to deal with the possibility of mechanical damage to our truck due to the overloading. Those repair costs are still unknown, but could be significant. This was an overall terrible experience, and we strongly recommend avoiding renting from Andriy.
