RV was returned very dirty, beach sand everwhere, it took 2 people 6 hours to clean it, all compartments(below) were sandy and dirty, everything had to be thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed. The carpet was put away wet, tht tookover an hour to was he sand out. I told the client he would be charged the $200.00 cleaning fee to which he agreed to pay. He took a corner and damaged the exterior of the rv in the passenger side rear, a light is also broken, so it needs repair, and an insurance claim needs to be started. There is a scrape on the left hand side of the cabinet by the stove, and a piece of wood trim that needs to be tacked down .Found lots of garbage, and we agreed that it was supposed to come back clean. The running board is very loose on the passenger side, and also needs repair.
