The RV generaly was in good condition but engine was not so powerful! May be it’s need to be service ! Engine check was on and off . But we have not any Issues . Unfortunately there was not any blanket and pillow enough for 6 people as advertised and just few cups and dishes plastic one . To compare with our previous rental , this one was not as we predict . If you are tall , make sure about length of sofa beds . There are small and uncomfortable. If you are renting this RV , first make sure you pack all linens and pillow and blanket and dishes , kitchen utilities and whatever you need . Person was very responsive , quick reply and helpful .

The RV was in good shape and owner was so supportive

This was our first time using RVezy ourselves but we have recommended them many times before as we own Great Canadian RV Ltd. Roam N Relax were nothing less than spectacular when it came to this rental. The communication was second to none, the quality of the unit was great and we would highly recommend this unit to any of our clients looking to rent. Overall great experience. Although there was an issue with one of the slides, the host was accommodating and we were worked out an arrangement that was mutually acceptable. Great communication and overall the rv worked very well. Will certainly look here again for Future rentals.

Within an hour of renting the RV the check engine light came on, oil was empty in the generator on the first day, was refilled with oil required in manual and still had issues with generator entire trip. ( no reimbursement) Host was notified right away yet Host simply stood by the fact that the RV was new and not his problem that we must be doing something wrong. No accountability or responsibility was taken on his end. Would not recommend this host. Extremely disappointed with this rental and service. Tried our best to negotiate and get some reimbursement for these issues and added expenses. No accountability and lack of any concern for our terrible experience.
