Gary was fantastic to deal with! The trailer was what he said it was, however we were unable to use the hideabed due to a stain that was discovered once opened. Something that is easily missed. Not a huge concern. We communicated that and Gary was very apologetic. We did have some issues with the trailer, but Gary offered to rectify them immediately. I had turned down his attempts, as we were having a family event and did not want to have to leave to handle the trailer. But his quick communication to resolve issues was greatly appreciated. Sometimes trailers have small issues, that is to be expected, and Gary was always available to discuss my concerns! Thanks Gary! I would not hesitate to book again!
