Nice family. Good and prompt communication. We would rent to Michelle and Ben again if the opportunity arose.

Very nice family. Communicate well to ensure a fun vacation. We purchased a new generator to offer them additional comfort however, they chose not to use it. The campsite did not provide power or have any amenities for a RV. More suitable to a tent trailer or tent.

Michelle and Ben were easy to work with. They communicated with us very well. They were very patient when the RV has an issue with the batteries as we tried to determine the problem with no power. The campsite did not provide any hydro so the RV was to run on batteries only. End result was we purchased a generator so they will be more comfortable on their next rental. Thank you again Michelle and Ben.
