When picked up we noted because of last review a couple minor damage areas on the trailer, back lense on drivers side, skirt damage and torn screen but nothing that affected the use of the trailer. All parts to tow trailer were there and included. We did realize that the holding tanks were half and 3/4 full but had no problem making a quick stop to dump them, we r fussy and tend to check stuff like this no matter what anyway, to us it's just common sense with rentals, some people just forget or don't get the time. Anyway Tyler was easy to deal with, gave clear instructions, he told us when we returned that his driveway would be full and where to leave the trailer. He always answered when we asked questions and all in all our weekend was a success. Would def rent from Tyler again.

Kristine M.sept. 2019Overall the experience was ok because everything in the trailer worked properly and it was well appointed with everything you need to camp. However upon pick up the battery was dead, the black and grey water tanks were 1/2 full, tire pressures were not set correctly, the equalizer hitch required adjusting for height and the owner didn’t have the tools to correct this hence we drove away unsafely (plus we had to find the tools to fix this ourselves). Furthermore, the inside of the trailer was not clean - Including both fridges as they were beginning to mold. Plus the exterior of the trailer was dirty with physical damage to the drivers side wheel well. In beginning Tyler was quick to reply to our messages and was really good to deal with however since pick up and drop off he has not responded to us. Finally there was no inspection upon pick up or drop off and we found a few items that needed to be noted; torn door screen, broken window valances, and broken folding chair. Plus when we dropped the trailer off no one was there.
