Very nice and pleasant people but everything went upside down after the return. Our unit sustained multiple damages and issues. They refused to admit that they have done the damages even with evidence. They blamed us for the damages they have done even when everything was in good condition when the unit was handed to them. They refused to pay us for the repairs and replacement. This is our first time having multiple damages and issues in our small camper after a rent and we are very sad that these people refused to admit it and even refused to pay us. We wish them well and even though we are not letting them rent any of our units anymore, we hope that in their future RV rent they will treat the unit gently and nicely so there will be no issues and will be fair for both parties.
