We had bathroom facilities beside our spot so we chose to forgo the water/sewer option due to the additional $100 fee. I think that charging this on top of the nightly fee is poor business but each owner has their own business moto. If you are looking for a no frills trailer rental, this is the one.

The solar pane kept the battery charged for the LED lights at night and the propane-powered fridge easily lasted four days.
