He went over all of the features of the trailer with me before departing and answered his phone whenever we had any questions. I'll definitely rent from Joe again and would recommend anyone in the Texas Hill Country to do the same with absolute confidence. They even made the bed, provided linens/towels, pots and pans, dishes, a coffee pot…. We are cooks and their knives are better than ours! We will rent this RV again!
