Emile and his partner Rachel were fantastic at communicating from start to finish. The delivery and pickup were seamless, and they were also understanding with respect to our scheduled arrival being delayed. The trailer itself is well taken care of and had everything we needed. Really efficiently designed to maximize comfortable living with more storage space than you’d think. Would consider renting it again.
