Very respectful and professional guest. We rented to someone at Boots and Hearts last year and vowed to never do it again. As part of the senior staff it was an entirely different experience with Marcel. If you’re opposed to renting for festivals and events I would encourage you to reconsider for Marcel. He took great consideration and care with our trailer and left it in immaculate condition. 5 star guest and I look forward to doing business in the future.
