I have had the please of meeting Andy and was lucky to have someone that was willing to familiarize himself with the coach and take care of it. He was extremely friendly, welcoming and super excited to take his family to Nova Scotia in our coach. He was extremally vigilant taking care of the coach and returning it in spotless condition inside and out. He always returned messages promptly and were every so eager to learn everything there was about the coach. I am so happy everything went well and wouldn't hesitate to book him and his family on a future adventure. Thanks again Andy! Steve
