James was very polite and flexible with the schedule. Unfortunately, when our camper was returned, it was obvious that little care for our property was given. There was an excessive amount of dog hair on the floor, seats, bunk bed (wasn’t covered in a sheet which was provided) and hair somehow on the mattress protector for the master bed. It was clear the camper had not been swept at all or the coffee stains wiped off of the counter. There was also damage done to the bottom cabinets to include multiple gouges in the wood. A small broken piece of trim was left on our counter, with no explanation. We did attempt to contact James, to find out where the trim was broken from, but he has not responded after multiple attempts. James mentioned our previous renters failed to completely empty the tanks, to which he stated he fixed and cleaned out. We greatly appreciate this, unfortunately, the damage that was left by James will cost us time and money to repair. Due to the manner in which our property was clearly disregarded and uncared for, we will not be renting to James in the future. We have, however, changed our method when accepting the camper during returns to ensure the tanks are properly emptied.
