Haley was pleasant to deal with however this rental was not a 5 person trailer. Haley said " bring bedding and food" but this was not a stocked kitchen for supplies whatsoever. I was so fortunate to have packed paper towel, extra cloths, wipes, extra cups. The plates were so thin they barely held food, no large bowl for salad or other mixings, no wine glasses, only two coffee cups, no mirror in the bathroom- we have never ever not seen a mirror in a bathroom, no ziplocs, aluminum foil, so dishsoap or hand soap so we went to the RV place and was given some - the mattresses were so incredibly thin we layered 3 quilts. I did already mention to Haley that this trailer is NOT for more than two adults as the bunks will fit a small child- our teenage son ended up staying elsewhere :(

Haley is the best place to rent from! This trailer was smaller than what we were use to but we made it work. The fridge works great and we had no issuse with anything:) Definitely recommend!

From the very start of our process to rent the RV, Haley and team have been exceptional. To assisting with set up and last minute changes etc the process has been faultless. We had such a great time in Vancouver the RV was perfect for what we needed, all the home comforts away from home. Would highly recommend using Haley and the Van for your getaway.

The rental process through Haley RV was a great experience, they were very helpful when there was a battery issue. Would rent through this site again for sure. Had a wonderful holiday with family!
