From the moment we picked up the camper, he took the time to give me a thorough walkthrough covering safe operation, proper usage, and common mistakes that could damage the trailer. His attention to detail gave me the confidence to tow and use the camper safely. What impressed me even more was that he patiently went through everything in nearly 100°F August heat without rushing. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure my family and I had a safe, stress-free, and enjoyable camping experience. We truly appreciate Joe trusting us with his awesome camper and taking the time to set us up for success. The trailer was fantastic, and the entire rental process was seamless. I would absolutely rent from Joe again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great RVezy rental experience.
