It was a great first experience for myself sleeping in a rental camper and I wil so do it again. My friend and I were very comfortable in the camper

She delivered it on time and had good communication during the process. The RV met all our needs. Although we didn’t use them, appreciated the additional games that were included.

Clean & cute little trailer, super flexible delivery was appreciated, clear and fast communication was awesome.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this camper It is advertised with a queen bed, but there was a cheap full mattress pad in plastic with a fitted sheet over the plastic when we arrived. I didn’t fit in the full with my wife and two year old (we fit in a queen), so I tried one of the twin beds and the dinette, but the pads were so thin my body was on the wood. I had to make other arrangements to sleep somewhere else for six nights of the rental. Eden did then send a queen mattress and we were able to make it work, but she was unwilling to compensate me for any of the nights where I was put out. The camper also smelled musky & moldy so it took a few days to air out. I also stepped on a piece of glass when we first got in there. Then when I swept up myself I found several other pieces of glass. Really dangerous thank goodness my two year old wasn’t hurt. Finally, she didn’t know how to hook up the water properly so it was leaking the entire time. We had to keep turning the water on & off from the source outside which was annoying. Overall, the bed size was falsely advertised, the place was dirty, smelly and leaky. Eden responded frequently but doesn’t seem to grasp the difference in a full & queen bed nor other take responsibility for any of the other issues. This was not a cheap rental and we definitely feel ripped off by Eden. I left her my number and asked her to call me to get on the same page, but she refused to engage with me as an adult / business owner. Do not waste your time or money with this negligent person.
