Kevin and his wife viewed the trailer prior to their rental, communication was good, they arrived on time to pick it up and brought it back as scheduled. The only minor issue was a bent pin in the crank up vent in the rear, stopping the cover from completely closing. This was a very minor issue that was immediately fixed upon return, and likely overlooked from a different past renter who attempted to close the cover when the trailer wasn't level. The trailer was returned neat and tidy, and we would definitely rent to them again in the future.
