Anne was a wonderful renter! She was incredibly kind and understanding, especially when we encountered an unexpected battery issue with the van. She stayed patient while we arranged for someone to assist her, and her communication throughout the trip was excellent. Anne also took care of our vehicle and returned it in good condition. We’d gladly recommend her to anyone for future rentals!
