Very kind and courteous renters! Communication was friendly and respectful throughout the process. There was a bit of a hiccup at pickup. Paul arrived with a vehicle that wasn’t suitable for towing the trailer safely. Out of concern, I offered to deliver it free of charge, and they kindly provided a tip which I appreciated. Despite some technical issues during their trip, they remained polite and receptive, and I did my best to assist remotely. Overall, lovely people, just a few bumps in the road that made this rental a bit more hands-on than usual.
