This is a basic little trailer that would suit up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. The trailer is showing its age but was very clean. Pick up and drop off was smooth and they were adaptable to our schedule, it was super easy and stress-free! Slides and awning worked properly and the trailer was water-tight when a big thunderstorm rolled in. As another reviewer said, the sensors for the tanks are not working properly, so the black water tank was showing full when we picked it up but was empty when we checked at the dump station. My only issue was that the bathroom smelled from the black water tank, the tanks just need a really good flush to clear out any gunk and then it would be a perfectly functioning bathroom. The smell was contained to the bathroom and we only used it to pee so our time was limited in there. All in all, we had a comfortable stay and a fun camping trip.

Nice little unit. Kind fellow was flexible for pick up and drop off times as well. Be aware the sensors for battery, water level and black water levels seem to be a bit wonky. Worked in our favor for the battery though, it would say empty, and then say 2/3rds full after putting the slides out. We had no connections on our weekend away, and the battery and fridge worked the whole time with what battery and propane was supplied. Overall a great trip, made better by having this rental.

What a pleasure to rent from Leah! She was so flexible and affordable! Great value for your money on this trailer. We were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2, 13 yr olds) and slept very comfortably.
