Shane was great! Communication was excellent and the trailer was returned in good condition

Being new to RVezy I made a couple mistakes that were not overly convenient for Shane. With that said he was understanding and reasonable so we were able to come to an agreement both parties were happy with. I'm somewhat embarrassed for my lack of prep but thankfully it turned out well.
