Our rental was delivered timely as requested and communication was clear and prompt. The RV was extremely clean and stocked appropriately with all the necessary supplies and some additional ones as well. Our stay was short but comfortable. As I am a little unfamiliar with this model I had some issue with heater controls but received prompt reply information when requested. My only disappointment was that the battery did not last a full night to control heating even having run a generator for a few hours and having had sunshine all day.

Very friendly and great to deal with. Very responsive to any questions and concerns.
