The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with . Accommodated an early pick up and drop off , and loaned hitch as mine was too low . This unit is very high off the ground . The camper was well equipped , easy to tow and overall very presentable . I would advise taking an air mattress as the standard one is very thin . As there were only two of us we doubled up with those off of the bunk beds . Lots of storage for it's size . Unfortunately previous user had damaged a jack , which meant it wobbled a bit . We were told the solar power unit had a fault , but that batteries should last our 3 nights . They didn't last 20 minutes once unplugged . We were only using it as a bed for the night so not a huge issue , but glad we didn't need heater or air con as we were on a non services site . Owner was genuinely apologetic. I would rent from this owner again , but now i know what to check for . He is going to install new batteries .

This is a “big” trailer in a small package. Towed easily by Chevy traverse. Fit our whole family comfortably for 10 days:) thanks for creating some good memories! Owner maintains the trailer immaculately, the solar panels kept the fridge running without any need for propane as well.

Overall, we had a mixed experience renting this RV. Communication with the owner was good throughout the process, and the RV itself was clean and well-equipped with dishes, cookware, and the other essentials we needed for our trip. Unfortunately, we ran into significant issues with the batteries. My husband and son picked up the RV on Wednesday morning, and while the owner mentioned the batteries would fully charge during the drive to our campsite, that unfortunately wasn't the case. We were dry camping in a shaded, treed site, so we couldn't rely on the solar panels during the day. The batteries appeared to be very old and simply would not hold a charge, leaving us without reliable power or water for most of our four-day trip. We also discovered that the wrong water tank had been filled during pickup because we weren't shown which tank to use. Between the lack of power and water, we had to buy ice throughout the weekend and move all of our food into our friends' RV fridge to keep it from spoiling. Thankfully we were camping with friends who had the space to help us out, but it was a stressful situation, especially with young children. I don't share this to discourage others from renting, but rather to provide honest feedback. I would strongly recommend replacing the batteries before renting the RV again, or alternatively, only renting it to campers staying at sites with electrical hookups until the battery issue is resolved. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future renters because, aside from these issues, the RV itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked.
