From beginning to end Alissa was amazing to work with! Her communication was top tier! Her flexibility of delivery for us and pick up was beyond anything more we could ever imagine. The RV was amazing, spacious, had all the amenities we could need! The RV was clean and smelled amazing and the welcome basket was a thoughtful pleasant surprise. The simple items placed in it made the welcome wonderful. Even with our phone service Alissa was top tier meeting us where we were with methods! Highly recommend and will definitely use her RV again! Such an ease, and relaxing experience.

Unfortunately, our experience renting this trailer was extremely disappointing. While the trailer initially looked beautiful and was thoughtfully stocked, we had no running water for our entire four-day stay, meaning we could not properly use the sink, shower, or bathroom facilities—one of the main reasons we chose to rent a trailer rather than camp in our tent. The bathroom also had a persistent and extremely unpleasant odour that spread into the living area and made using the bathroom and sleeping comfortably with our children difficult; we also found fecal matter underneath the toilet seat. The trailer was noticeably unlevel and the mattresses were uncomfortable, although these were secondary concerns compared with the lack of water and bathroom odour. A caution for future renters: if you rent this trailer, I would strongly recommend confirming in advance that the fresh-water tank will be filled. Based on our experience, it appears the host does not necessarily verify what amenities are accessible at the campsite before drop-off and instead expects the renter to know whether a water hookup is available or specifically request the tank be filled. We only discovered after arrival that our site had no water hookup, and therefore had no running water for the entire stay. To be fair, there were some positives. The trailer was attractive, initially appeared clean, was thoughtfully stocked, and communication before the problems arose was friendly. We also appreciated the flexibility with the drop-off and pickup arrangements, particularly when Alissa accommodated our request the day before pickup to allow us to keep the trailer until later in the afternoon. Unfortunately, what made the experience considerably worse was how our concerns were handled afterward. Rather than taking accountability as the host for the problems we experienced or working toward a reasonable resolution, Alissa focused heavily on the fact that we hadn't reported every issue as it occurred. We didn't want to spend our family vacation constantly contacting the hosts about every problem, particularly when some issues, such as the bathroom odour, would potentially have required the trailer to be taken away and serviced. We raised the concerns afterward in good faith and requested a partial refund, but Alissa stated that she did not feel our experience warranted any refund or credit and instead responded defensively in a way that made us feel the problems were being attributed to us for not reporting them sooner. Overall, the trailer had plenty of thoughtful touches, but the complete lack of water and persistent bathroom odour were significant enough to substantially diminish the experience we paid for, and the lack of willingness to find any reasonable resolution afterward ultimately left us very disappointed. This rental could be a 5 star rating if Alissa addressed these issues before hand for future renters.
