Ryan C.août 2025Livré par l’hôteFantastic experience. This was my first time renting a trailer and David made everything go very smoothly. The trailer was a perfect, warm and comfortable home away. It was well stocked and comfortable and well cared for. The cabin-type interior of the place made me feel so warm and relaxed that I can’t wait to do this again.- Cherry W.juil. 2025Livré par l’hôteCommunication with the host could have been better. There was some issues with delivery because of a toilet issue, so it was a day late coming. Things do happen but the following day I was unsure if the camper was even coming. It was supposed to be on the way late morning and didn’t arrive until supper time. I did contact the RVezy support and then my host was responding again. They did ensure I was reimbursed for the missed day and the driver was right on time for pick up. The camper itself was very clean. The fridge only cooled down when the generator is going so thankfully our cooler was enough for the few days we had it.

Dale N.juil. 2025Livré par l’hôteI wasn’t sure how the booking was gonna go because we had a bit of a mixup in communication at the start. But we were able to figure things out. There was also an issue with the toilet not flushing but the host came right away and fixed it. Other than that, the rental went good. I was glad I brought some extra bedding and a foamy as the couch bed wasn’t very comfortable for my child. There was lots of extras with the trailer (plastic cutlery, hand soap, cleaning supplies, towels, outside chairs, outdoor side table). The bathroom is in the middle of the trailer which made it a bit difficult to use with a family but it was doable.
