While Tak was very friendly, he unfortunately was very inexperienced and required a lot of support. We spent 3 hours with him upon pick up, which included fixing a blown fuse in his truck to get the trailer light connector working. We also received a number of messages (many throughout the night) about questions with the trailer that we spent 3 hours showing him. He also did not refill the propane tanks upon return, nor strip the beds as was asked. He did return the camper clean and without damage, so that was a positive.
