Jim and Sagina are amazing! This was their first experience in an RV and my first time renting out my RV. I recently bought my unit, received all the inspection certificates, etc. But things went wrong from the start. The water tank couldn't hold water, then the generator stopped working. Sagina and Jim communicated with me and tried their best to help. I felt so bad for their experience and I'm very grateful that they were willing to try everything to get things sorted out. Thank you Jim ans Sagina!
