It’s unfortunate you did not enjoy our trailer. I did contact you to trouble shoot the plug but never heard back. Upon arrival we checked the plugs and they were all operational so unable to know why you weren’t able to use them. I did mention that there was a GfCI plug above the table that just needed to be reset. As for your departure, you were only delayed but 20 mins while we reconnected the casing to the car port plug. That did not constitute a complete refund for the early pick up fee. The fee is there due to the fact that with an 8am pick time, the trailer cannot be rented for the night before. It provides extra flexibility so you did not have to rent another entire day which would cost you additional fees like insurance and roadside assistance. As for your drop off, I had asked that you let me know when you were on your way home and I contacted you at 930am to confirm a time. You provided 30 mins notice which was not enough time for me to return home from work. I asked that the trailer be dropped off at the already agreed 1pm as per our profile. You were not delayed at all for drop off. I did not charge you additional fees for propane. Thanks for renting with us.
