Amazing Folks to deal with smooth and easy. Trailer was in good shape and clean. Will be using again.

Jennifer was super quick responding to questions and Bob was very helpful during pick up. We had the wrong hitch size and our electrical wasn't working properly, but Bob helped up get it all sorted and on the road. Trailer was in great shape. Had a few first timer problems figuring out the power had to be turned on at the hookup site and getting the hot water to work, but no issues with the trailer.

It was a really great experience towing this super light RV with my SUV (max 3500lbs towing capacity). It has everything needed in it. It is clean and well sanitized. Jennifer and Bob were fairly accommodating and responsive. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone. I look forward to the upcoming two more bookings.

Everything went smoothly, owner was accommodating with pickup/drop off times. Trailer was light weight, Towed with my suv 2013 Sorento v6. Trailer was clean and ready to go and had additional tables/chairs. Would recommend.

Check in went well. It was quick and efficient however when I took a closer look when loading the trailer I saw that it was extremely dirty. Nothing had been wiped down, there were splashes around the cook top along with dust, hair, and broken elastic bands in the main sleeping area cubby. Floor had not been washed and dirt and sunflower seeds on the floor. Stained fitted sheet that I removed and changed with my own. Hair, sand, and bugs in the tub and bathroom floor. The refrigerator was filthy, I cleaned it . The toilet had not been cleaned and I had to Lysol everything before loading the trailer which took significant time off of our trip and does not meet Covid health standards. The owner did mention that the trailer had been returned late the night before. The CO sensor went off multiple times throughout the first night scaring our two small children. The second night we did not run the furnace for fear of setting off the sensor and for safety. Upon returning the trailer the owner recalled not having cleaned the trailer so knew it went to us unkept. They were flexible with the drop off time and I ended up not using the generator and I believe they removed the charge for that.

Owners made check in and check out very easy. Trailer was perfectly sized for a family of four. Great little outdoor space with the awning and thought the blue outdoor light was fun. Good soundproofing. Nice extras with the trailer. Thanks for a happy vacation!

Owners where great renters. Went over the haul trailer with me before renting explained everything. Had so many small extra things in the trailer that where very useful. Would recommend this renter to all my fiends.
