Ralph was great to work with. The trailer itself had lots of room for a family of 4 and great storage.

Very spacious and offers a-lot of sleeping! This trailer was perfect for our weekend getaway!

Ralph was very easy to work with over messages. He wasn’t home at time of pick up, but his wife was and he made sure that she knew where everything was for us and how to operate! Trailer worked perfectly; my fiancé, son and I had a great time! No complaints!!

We paid for septic payment, but had to empty upon arrival at the camp site, as well as emptying ours. Technically, we should get the $65 back, twice. Trailer was in good and clean condition upon pick-up. We enjoyed our getaway, and everything else worked well.

Ralph was fantastic to work with. We rented the rv for a CMAOntario Awards Show to use as change room. From delivery to pick up everything was perfect. I woukd recommend this rv for your next camping trip.

Ralph was friendly, very tutorial in nature as I am a newbie to RV, he gave all the advice he could give me to make my experience a good one but we didn't have TV on board for the kids he said he had taken it out don't know why, so no TV on the RV. EVERYTHING else was okay. Ralph is very amenable.

Had a good time

We had a great weekend with this trailer. We were using it for a covid safe family reunion on our farm. Our family loved it! Ralph was an absolute pleasure to deal with, just a great guy. Did all the set up for us and the delivery and pickup were great. Hope to use this trailer again sometime. And make sure you try his pasta sauce! He left us some samples.

This RV was our first rental ever and it was a great experience. Clean, all systems working, exactly as advertised. Ralph was very accommodating and an all-around wonderful guy. Communication was on point for pickup and dropoff and he was always available by phone. We will most certainly recommend this to families!!

Ralph is an awesome guy to deal with. The camper works well although getting older on the edges. We had a wonderful time taking Home runner out for a few weeks. It was all smooth and absolutely perfect for a family of 4.

Camper was clean, everything functioned perfectly and it was easy to set-up and pack-up. Ralph made the pick-up and drop off super easy and he explained everything really well and was very accommodating.

This trailer was perfect for our Halloween camp. Warm and cozy. Ralph was extremely friendly and easy going. Thanks again!

Spent a great week in Thunder bay on the Home Runner. Unit was spotless clean and Ralph very easy to get along with. Definitely would do it again..

Ralph was great! Unfortunately the people who rented the trailer before us were not and did not return it until 8:30pm. Not very respectful. Because of that we missed out on a night at our Ontario Park, Ralph went as far as to get our $50 camp fee's refunded. Trailer was just what we needed, clean and comfortable. Would rent from Ralph again, thanks for everything you did!

The RV is in a good shape, very comfortable layout, Ralph is very pleasant to deal with and very helpful, highly recommended.

Great trailer

It was a great experience. Ralph was great at setting up the camper and explaining the details to pay attention while using it. Great communication. The camper was delivered and picked up on time.

Ralph was a wonderful and accommodating host and the trailer met all of our needs. We were comfortable and secure and have absolutely no complaints.

Great trailer. Took my two kids aged 8 & 5. Lots of space. Trailer is older but in great condition. Owner Ralph was very helpful.

We have been renting through RVEASY for about 3 years now, we’ve kept coming and renting because always the experiences have been great and host have been very kind. Today we finished our booking of the Home runner, where we had a site on Niagara Ontario, and we are leaving extremely upset about many different things that happen with the host during our trip. To start there wasn’t even toilet paper when we arrived, there were only two couple of rusty cutlery and mostly plastic solo cups, not equipped for cooking AT ALL, since there was only one pan. When Ralph was setting up the camper he suddenly forgot the water hose and had to ask for one. The stabilizers of the camper apparently broke on the spot when he was setting up ( the RV was shaking so bad when you would get up to it) on the second day we called Ralph to complain about the fact that there wasn’t even toilet paper left and he got so rude and started insulting, yelling and calling us deterministic, we are the ones paying A LOT of money so I think it is fair that we tell him what wasn’t right. On the last night as my brother was coming down the stairs they fell off because on the left side it looked like it broke before and they put two long screws doing pressure so that it holds, no bolt nothing, and eventually they broke making him fall, thankfully it was him because I had an ACL surgery a month ago and I could have lost it if that happened to me, or any of the seniors that came with us. When I called him to complain and asked him to come, he was so done with us that he kept yelling and raising his voice, and just not saying a simple sorry about it, we managed to speak with his wife because he was so worked up, and she was another thing, would listen and apologize. The main reason of all these issues are that they are selling the RV ( big for sale poster at the back of the camper) so they really do not care about anything. Ralph is a completely rude and unkind person, he is offering a service and not meeting up to the standards, would blame it on us for being soft and complaining yet WE are the ones paying. We called RVEASY many times to help solve the issue and he would not text on the app because he knew they could see what he was saying. Not good at all, do not recommend.
