James provided the best customer service. He delivered the trailer to our spot and set everything up for us and was available anytime with any questions. We had a little hick up with our trip because of the BC fires and evacuations - James went above and beyond in response. We look forward to booking again. Five stars!!

Once our rental request was approved, we were in contact with James. He and his wife were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful with making sure we had a successful trip. The trailer is well stocked with all the amenities you need for a comfortable glamping vacation. Definitely will rent again. Already planning for a winter rental!
