Jacob was great to work with . He texted us and answered all questions . When we got to the campground, Jacob had the trailer all set up and chairs outside as well. We were in Northway Conway NH and had a blast at the campground and tubing in the Savo River

I was disappointed with both the cleanliness of the camper and the host’s communication. When we arrived, the camper was not as clean as expected. There were numerous dead bugs, spiders, cobwebs, dirt, and pine needles throughout, making it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepared before our stay. The host also forgot to provide the black water hookup. Fortunately, my father had an extra hose, so we were able to resolve the issue ourselves. The biggest disappointment, however, was the host’s behavior. He was very pushy about wanting to stay overnight on my campsite after I left because I had reserved the site for an extra day. Instead of communicating directly with me, he repeatedly contacted the campground about my reservation. I had already explained that I was responsible for checking out with the campground and that he only needed to pick up the camper. I found the lack of direct communication and the pressure regarding my campsite to be unprofessional and frustrating. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
