Valerie V.août 2026Livré par l’hôteCommunication was awful. Had to pick up the trailer and pay someone else an additional $320 to to the trailer to campland. Not to mention we waited for over 20 minutes for some lady who never called me back to let me know if the trailer can be re delivered. She told me no afterall and that we had to be at the lot by 5 then she changed her mind on another phone call and said 415. Then 2 other guys informed me that we had to pick it up the next day if we didn't make it by 5, and thankfully we had already started driving that direction. The driver who picked up the trailer informed me that if he had delivered the trailer and we weren't there, that he would've hooked it up and left it there for us when we got there later. He said, "we have to pick it up anyway, why make trouble and inconvenience you and your family ." He apologized for the other guy because "he's new." What an awful experience. - 3.5
