Frank R.août 2026I will never rent from this guy again. The communication was terrible, and several things that were supposed to be included were never provided. We didn’t receive utensils or bed sheets, even though I was charged extra for them. Then I was charged additional cleaning fees afterward. I also emptied the tank myself, but he still charged me to empty it again at his property. Throughout the rental, there always seemed to be another extra charge. He also said he has people helping him run the rentals and that he’s teaching his kids how to run the business, but whenever we needed assistance, nobody was available. Based on my experience, I feel like he tries to get as much extra money as possible out of renters. Be very careful and pay close attention to every charge and what is actually included before renting from him. I definitely felt taken advantage of, and I will never rent from him again.
