Also, I sincerely appreciate your way of explaining things, especially since I was very new to an RV. I totally understand that it was purely a mechanical/technical issue, which could have happened any time. I am glad that you could rectify the issue. We still feel bad to call you in the late evening requesting to pick it up, since we couldn’t stay overnight without the washroom (I tried my best to get the facility toilet open, but it wasn’t fruitful). We thoroughly enjoyed the stay (also, I was touched when you didn’t charge for the propane even though I didn’t sign up for it).
