Was great meeting Jim and his wife. Very nice people and trailer was returned in great condition. Communication was lacking a little bit. They thought the black tank wasn’t drained prior to rental and thought the hot water didn’t work. Water was functioning as it should and tank was empty. I didn’t find out until the end of the rental they had problems. I would have addressed immediately had I known All in, a good experience and would rent to them any time
