Steve was a phenomenal host to deal with. Communication was very good. As this was my first time in a camper, Steve was very patient and responsive to all my questions. I was given his personal cell number and told not to hesitate to call with any questions or concerns for the duration of my trip. Steve was also very accommodating when I had to change plans last minute and have the trailer dropped off and picked up. Steve was prompt and very friendly. The camper was very clean and organized. All cooking items and utensils were provided. I will 100% be reaching out to Steve when I find myself requiring a camper in the Whitby area.

Steve was a great host for my family and I. Picking up the trailer and dropping it off was very easy. Steve was very helpful with everything and would answer any questions at any time.

I was told I can reach him at anytime if needed - which was comforting to know (although we didn’t need him). The trailer was clean and inviting when I picked it up. Steve is a full service professional he had the Trailmaster clean and with a fantastic gift basket for our family with all kinds of yummy treats! This RV was the perfect size for our family of four. My whole family enjoyed our one week abroad. We will definitely rent from him again!
