Meet Your Host, Michael Penkoff Hi, I'm Michael — a Salt Lake City local with a passion for helping people get outdoors and make the most of Utah's incredible landscapes. My 2025 Keystone Cougar Half-Ton (30BHS bunkhouse layout, sleeps 9) is set up for comfortable, hassle-free adventures, whether you're headed to a national park, a music festival, or just want extra space for the family. Every rental comes fully stocked with linens, bedding, and towels, so you can pack light and hit the road. I take pride in keeping the trailer well-maintained and ready to go — and I'm always just a message away if you have questions before or during your trip. When I'm not hosting, I run a small portfolio of rental homes here in the Salt Lake Valley and work in business development, connecting companies with financing solutions. Hospitality is at the heart of everything I do — I love helping guests create great memories, whether it's in one of my homes or out on the open road in the Cougar. Looking forward to hosting you!
