Great guy everything was good. Would rent again.

No Hot water. Minor maintenance issues

fixed the awning which was stuck and the door plate cover which was missing a screw. the trailer had 2 broken stabilizer jacks front left and rear right ( our neighbor had a spare that we could borrow for the back right ) so we used a large wooden block for the front left which worked fine. The ceiling vent handle was not attached as the screw was missing. Otherwise the camper was fine we did not use any of his dishes ect. good camper for 2 or 4 people and easy to tow as only 2700 lbs,

Fantastic first experience with RVezy. Trailer was clean, safe and everything worked perfectly. Check-In/Out similarly effortless. Would recommend this renter without hesitation !

Disappointed that the unit wasn't roadworthy, a tire was unusable, we had to purchase a new tire before we started our trip. Lights didn't all work, the TV on the wall needed fixed or it would have fallen off. Blinds needed repair, bathroom sink dripped which we fixed. Unit was returned in better shape than when we received it.

The trailer was exactly the size we needed for 3 people. Unfortunately it was missing listed items such as camping chairs and only had very limited kitchen supplies. It was difficult communicating with the owner leading up to our trip. Once we went, communication was better and everything was smooth.

Trailer was good. Fridge, stove & furnace all worked. No major issues at all. Towed well behind my Tucson. Ed was helpful and friendly.

Great little camper

Super awesome unit! In good condition and owner is flexible with pickup and drop off times. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. For future renters, it is important to note that you need to bring your own linens/blankets and there are not enough dishes for two people. Pack as you would for regular camping but enjoy a warm, dry bed!

This is our 2nd time renting this camper. The camper is a great size for 2 and easily towed by an SUV. The owner is flexible with pick up / drop off times. However, the attention to detail is a bit lacking on the part of the owner. The fridge was moldy on pick up and had to be cleaned. The propane tank and battery weren't full so we ran out of both which was important as we were dry camping, and the cap was missing on the fresh water tank. Luckily we were still in Calgary and able to find one on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend. If these details were looked after then this we would definitely rent this trailer again.

Nice and accommodating person to deal with. The RV requires some maintenance though.

what a wonderful experience, great owner, great RV and RVezy was fantastic

We absolutely enjoyed our time in the "Little RV for 2". It was easy to tow with our V6 SUV even through the mountain passes, and it had plenty of space for a couple. The convenience of air conditioning was a definite bonus in the hot BC weather! It was great to have a bathroom complete with shower, as well as kitchen facilities, and there is also a ton of storage! There were a few kinks to work out as to the workings of the hot water tank and the refrigerator on the propane settings, and it would be convenient if there were a list of household items that are included in the rental so that it would be easier to know what to pack. However, we will definitely be renting this little unit again!

Trailer was fine for our purposes. Clean on the inside, wear and tear on the ouside with slight hail damage; comfortable enough however. Appliances/Utilities worked fine. Negatives were awning was broken a couple weeks before our rental so we couldn't use it and had a blowout on the highway where I replaced with the spare. I purchased an alternate spare tire and rim assembly out of pocket and I have yet to hear back from owner regarding repayment as he said he needed to discuss with RVEzy.

I should not be charged cleaning fee. The trailer was cleaner when I returned it than when I picked it up. please return my deposit and $50.

Overall good experience.

Trailer with broken awning(partially repaired), broken drawers, leaking water connection, sink drains (had repaired), some exterior structural dents, ladder bent. Everything else works, no leaks in structure. All power, propane and A/C stuff work. Some mouse droppings and a bit dirty. Needs some TLC but owner is friendly and approachable.

We were unable to complete this booking as the owner cancelled it unprofessionally after we arrived to pick up the trailer. Upon arrival we observed that the trailer appeared dirty, with the dinette feeling sticky and covered in food crumbs, the sink dirty, the microwave oven dirty, the counter top dirty, the shower stall dirty and other areas. When asked, the owner unabashedly stated that he had not cleaned the trailer since it was last used. He also agreed that he had not filled the propane tanks, nor charged the battery (it was dead and we could not test the electrics), nor checked that the sumps were drained. Clean linens were not provided (the bed had one pillow and no sheets, just a dirty bed spread and the mattress was covered in stains). There were no towels provided and the cutlery was insufficient for two people: a single knife and spoon and two forks. Overall we were shocked but were feeling pressured to accept the rental as we had no alternatives for our vacation that was due to start right away. The owner offered to spend 5 minutes cleaning the trailer which we declined as that was not a sufficient amount of time and he suggested we continue with the booking and a discount. We were becoming frustrated with his attitude (he accused us of being unreasonable by demanding cleanliness standards of a hotel) and when we pointed out that his advertisement promised clean towels, full propane etc., he said he would have to change the ad as that “is not right”. He admitted to making mistakes in the listing and to not having prepped the trailer nor inspecting it fully after the previous renters returned it ( he actually said he “just stuck my head in the door and it looked clean”). So after agreeing to these facts, we asked for a 50% discount and that we would do the full clean and fill the propane tanks. He became agitated at this and said we were unreasonable and that the most he could offer us was 10% discount and reimbursement for the propane costs. When we pressed for a 42% discount, his monthly rate, for our 5-day rental, he stormed out of the trailer without a word and drove off in his minivan, leaving us alone in his trailer. When he returned, he told us he would not rent to us and asked us to leave the RV storage yard we were in. We will never rent from RV Camping, based upon this poor, unprofessional experience
