Pedro I.août 2026Livré par l’hôteI’m used to newer campers. They had a written request to close the canopy if it got too windy but no instructions how to. I found most of the blinds didn’t function properly and were damaged. As we were with a large group we didn’t need any of the many provisions in the trailer. It was nice to have it delivered and picked up plus cleaned. I might consider renting again if it is cheaper for what we need.
Angela H.juin 2026Livré par l’hôteThe RVezy app and website is not user friendly and left out very important information ie it did not say definitively that any rentals were for a minimum 3 days. When I rented an RV for 2 days i was not made aware of this but was billed for 3 day rental. the amount surprised me as it was much more than I expected from the description on the site. It was only when I questioned this that I found out about the 3 day minimal rental Having said that the RV we rented was clean and nice and the owners were great. The only problem was that we weren't made aware that the water pump would come on regularly through the night. Which it did and woke us up munltiple times. This was not the fault of the owners because they had very little time to orient us. Perhaps it would be a good thing to have some details about the RV available in the unit at all times. We couldn't contact them because we were in a no cell coverage area. Overall, we had a good time and the RV was comfortable. Thanks to Tori and her husband. Angela H
