'The Hawk' was perfect for what we needed. 5 adults travelling around Bruce Peninsula/Manitoulin/Algonquin for 2 weeks, very spacious, didn't feel like we were lacking any amenities at all. Whenever we returned to it after a long day of walking it felt like we were coming home. Very easy and comfortable to drive. Janet was very friendly and communicative. Took us for a drive around the block to give us a feel for it and answer any questions regarding driving. No issues during the hire but feel she would have been more than helpful if any had arisen. Already missing the RV!- Tami S.août 2023Janet was great to deal with...got back to me in timely manner, and provided her cell number so we could call or txt with questions or issues. And when we did have an issue, she was fully on board with helping solve it..and thankfully it was minor...we had to many things going when we were boondocking, and it shut of generator. She looked it up on line on how to fix...just a switch lol.
Stephanie D.juin 2023Rv was spacious. Only issue was that the host had told us towels were included and did not provide towels so we had to do without. Also the host forgot to give us the lighter charging cable so we couldn’t charge our phones while on the road. Other than that no issues. We did linen add on and got linens for 2 of the beds, had to buy a blanket for the third bed. Would do my own linens next time. Host provided utensils and dish ware.

She also offered a last minute chance to add kitchen supplies if I had changed my mind. Janet and her family were most gracious by allowing my poor timing to interfere with their dinner. I thank them for understanding and being patient with my timing. The RV was enjoyed by my granddaughter and her best friend. Mother and father also loves the convenience and the amenities. Janet and her husband are so great and friendly they explained to us every tiny details we had plus janet response too quickly. Lovely trip and janet made it so worthy.
