Pickup was kind of confusing, didn’t go very smoothly. Drop off was way better RV was as advertised , had a great trip, with no problems.

When I arrived to pick up the RV, I immediately noticed that one of the rear tail lights was missing. Considering how dangerous it could be to tow a camper without a working tail light, I was surprised that the employee didn’t seem very concerned. They did eventually replace it, but it felt more like they were doing me a favor rather than addressing an important safety issue. I was also interested in renting another camper, but I was told that it was being picked up on Friday, even though my drop-off was scheduled before then. This left me wondering why that booking was prioritized over mine and why the camper could not have been made available to me when my rental ended before there apt. Once I arrived at my destination, I also noticed that the camper was not very clean. The utensils were dirty, and the white utensil holder had visible dust and grime the cups were dirty. The dinette/table area was also not functioning properly, so we couldn’t even set the table up and use it as intended. The bed was another major disappointment. It did not look or smell clean, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and hung over the frame, and no sheet was provided, which I found pretty unacceptable for a rental. i went and purchased my own and left them. The kitchen area itself wasn’t too bad, but overall, for the price and based on the pictures in the listing, I do not feel the camper was worth what we paid. I expected it to be cleaner, better maintained, and properly prepared before pickup.
