We did have a few issues with the water, but got through it. A sharper axe, greasing of the levelling jacks, some WD40, a pair of work style gloves, a kettle and a mop would be a great addition to what is provided.

The communication with Steve was very easy and absolutely accurate. The van was super clean. The comparable small van was for the two of us the perfect size. It has a lot of advantages in driving and parking but also had absolutely everything on board for our roundtrip through the Banff area. The bed was comfortable and the pop-up roof easy to handle. - Hugh H.oct. 2018We really enjoyed our 5-day trip with Steve's Traverse. We had previously rented a VW Eurovan camper and found it a little small. The Traverse has a similar layout but the bed is wider and generally more comfortable, and everything is sturdy and well built. Steve provided excellent service and everything was as advertised. We would certainly rent from Steve again.

Was very quick to respond and thorough in regards to answering any questions or concerns we may have had along the way. Two thumbs up. Would definitely go through Steve again if ever in need of another rental.
