The owner was very nice and it is a great camper for a couple, but there were a lot of maintenance issues. The hot water tank was not working. A tire had a slow leak requiring inflation any time we moved sites. Multiple lights and outlets did not work. The owner acknowledged the issues and said they would be fixed. The camper also needed a deep. cleaning. It was neat but dusty when you moved items around

Trailer unit itself is great. Very ergonomic features, comfortable bed, and easy to use. Roomy for two. The owner is friendly and communicative. Upon pickup, we learned that the trailer’s hot water was not working. The owner had left personal items in most cupboard and storage spaces.

Took the trailer for a 12 day trip and it met all of our expectations. Donald was great to deal with and was very flexible with pickup and return.

The owner was very approachable and prompt at returning our questions. The only draw back the trailer was not ready for renting out. Many items on the trailer were not working. Only one of the four leveling jacks worked, I had to use my car jack to stabilize the rear of the trailer. Also the hot water heater was not working and the trailer was very dirty when we picked it up. The owner also needs to either provide an owner's manual or a list of step by step instructions. I have decided to provide this feedback to assist the owner, so he can correct the deficiencies and provide details for proper operation of the trailer. We were not about to let this affect our vacation but a lot of people would have been very upset with the deficiencies and lack of cleanliness of the trailer. Also it reflects negatively on RVEZY.
