We had an excellent experience renting this RV for our Banff vacation! The motorhome was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything worked well, making our trip smooth and stress-free. The owner was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions before our trip. They were quick to answer any questions we had and made the pickup and return process simple and convenient. We returned the RV with a full fuel tank and propane, and overall the entire rental experience exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this RV and its owner to anyone planning a road trip or camping adventure. Thank you Finny, for helping make our Banff vacation such a memorable experience!

A great vehicle and tremendous support and kindness from Finny!

She did not charge the unit before we left for a 2 night, unserviced camping trip so we had to run the generator and blow through our gas for most of the trip. The fridge died in the middle of the night so a lot of our food spoiled. There was also leftover in the tanks from the previous group. The propane was only 3/4 full and water was 1/2 full. She is trying to charge additional fees upon return for not emptying the tanks we didn’t use and cleaning (we did not fully cleaned the unit but we removed all our items and did the dishes and everything on the checkout list) nothing stated that we needed to vacuum and wipe everything down.
