Very responsive when needed. The first day the trailer had ants - the owners did come out and spray and I also went and bought killer and traps, the description and pictures need to be updated. The floors are messed up , furniture needs to be fixed , looks like a pet was in there and chewed corners and broke the one bedroom door. , also under refrigerator looks like water damage and never repaired . I believe the toilet needs a new seal as it doesn’t hold water and when you are attached to sewage the smell is in the bathroom non stop. Air conditioner kept tripping the breaker if the microwave was turned on or something else was being used Trailer did its job but I was very disappointed in the rental and the total paid
