Overall it is a good experience. All renters must book campsite with electricity supply as the low voltage battery does not last long and needs to be charged quite often, and some campsites have restrictions on time that allows you to use the generators for each day. Using it in campsite without electricity is not recommended. We drove it to the the lake for lunch and dinner, the interior lights got dimmed, power to the water pump got weaker and then backup cam, radio, fridge and heater stopped working, We had no lights and couldn't bring the generator up. We couldn't cook and had to spend extra to eat our dinner in the restaurant Although a booster cable was supplied by the owner to use the RV to charge the low voltage battery but this wasn't convenient at all, and leaving the engine on in the campsite is not environmentally friendly, and I was also warned by the campsite patrol not to cause air pollution. I've recommended the owner to install a permanent parallel charging facility to the low battery to prevent inconvenience caused to the renters. Steering wheel shakes a bit when it reaches 100 km/hr. Front tires might need to be re-balanced. Minor fixes on the storm door key lock, electric stair should be performed by the owner. Cleanness acceptable.

Simon good person to interact. Fairly quick in responding. RV overall condition is 6 out of 10 but it’s clean.

Si was great, but there were a few issues - bedroom slide wouldn’t work as the rubber seals were old and cracked and were separated from the side of the slide and the toilet was plugged - we had to get a snake and Unplug on our second night and we hadn’t used so was plugged coming to us.

It’s a great RV that is totally spacious enough for 4 Adults and 2 children. You do have to bring absolutely everything which given the covid situation is honestly nice. The RV itself is not overly clean. It’s clearly had a wipe over, but the drawers are dirty, the floor and walls and counters had filth on it that wasn’t from us. We definitely brought it back substantially cleaner than what we had received. There are a few deficiencies within the RV.... make sure to make note of them at departure time so to not be charged for something that isn’t yours. Nothing that ruins the experience but it’s an older RV. Simon is super easy and accommodating to deal with. Really supportive and available.
