All we had to worry about was unpacking our own vehicle! Dwayne was also very prompt with returning messages. We had a really amazing weekend!! It is spacious inside, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and there were lots of dvds and games to choose from. Communication with Dwayne and Darren was great. They told us everything we needed to know. The best part was the set up as Darren was quick and efficient with parking the trailer, putting out the bbq, rug, etc. It was very easy for a pregnant lady as I got to relax and everything was done in a short amount of time. I wasn't there when it was set up but my parents were and they said that Dwayne was very courteous, easy to deal with, showed them around the RV and how everything works. Lots of space, everything worked it was as advertised, zero issues. Just a tip for any green horns when it comes to RVs, make sure you rent the generator if the site isn't hooked up. Made a huge difference in comfort while camping.
