Communication was excellent, and he made everything easy by coordinating delivery and pickup times that worked for our camping trip. The trailer was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. He spent almost an hour up front showing me how to operate everything from the Black and Gray water disposal to the water heater. Fantastic host!!!
